1. Overview

Status Level: Premier Platinum

Validity: 120 days

Extension: Upon meeting United's challenge requirements (e.g., 15 PQFs + 5,000 PQPs within 120 days), your Premier Platinum status may be extended through the end of the next program year (potentially up to ~18 months, depending on timing).

3. Enrollment Process

1. After purchase, we will reach out to collect your account details, including your account number, login credentials, or password. For security, you may set a temporary password for us. Once the upgrade is completed, you can immediately change your password back.
2. We will submit your status match application on your behalf and schedule the upgrade with the airline. When the time comes, you'll need to forward the verification code you receive via text message or email from United Airlines to us, and you'll receive an email confirming your request within an hour.
3. If you've flown on a United Airlines flight within the past month, your Platinum status will be valid starting from the date of that flight, and it will take effect 2–5 days after your application is approved. If you have not flown on a United Airlines flight within the past month, you must book a United Airlines flight within the next 90 days. You can apply for Platinum status only after the flight is booked, and the validity period will begin on the date of that flight. Platinum status will take effect 2–5 days after the flight is activated.
4. Please make sure you understand these key points. If, during the processing of your request, we find that you do not meet these requirements, we will not issue a refund!

4. Important Notes

• A valid United MileagePlus® account is required.
• Valid login credentials must be provided.
• Status can only be extended for one year by fulfilling United's official Premier Status Match Challenge requirements.
• Applicants must not have participated in any previous Premier Status Match offer within the 3 years.
• To remain eligible, you must complete an Activating Flight (a flight operated by United or United Express®) within 90 days after your match request is approved and the flight is posted to your MileagePlus account.
