2. We Strategically Craft Your Submission
   Our consultants prepare a customized status match request designed for maximum approval likelihood.

3. Enjoy Elite Benefits — Without the Miles
   Once approved, unlock elite benefits—from lounge access to baggage priority—without needing to rack up miles.

Enrollment Process

1. After purchase, we will contact you to collect your KrisFlyer account number and login credentials. You may set a temporary password for us to securely complete the submission process.

2. Your “KrisFlyer” account must have at least four booked Singapore Airlines domestic flights or two booked intercontinental flights scheduled to depart

3. Your Singapore Airlines account has not participated in any Rapid Upgrade Match Challenges within the past three years.

4. We will submit your application to Singapore Airlines on your behalf for verification.

5. The review process may take up to 30 days, depending on Singapore Airlines’ official processing time.

6. Once approved, your matched status will be activated in your KrisFlyer account, and further extension will depend on meeting Singapore Airlines’ challenge requirements.
