3. Enrollment Process

1. After purchase, we will reach out to collect your account details, including your account number, login credentials, or password. For security, you may set a temporary password for us. Once the upgrade is completed, you can immediately change your password back.
2. We will submit your application directly to Delta on your behalf.
3. Within 4–15 business days, you will receive Delta's official confirmation email.
4. Your Platinum status will be activated immediately and visible in your SkyMiles account.

4. Important Notes

• A valid Delta SkyMiles account is required.
• Valid login credentials must be provided.
• Status can only be extended for one year by fulfilling Delta's official challenge requirements.
• Applicants must not have participated in any prior fast-track, status match, or challenge programs with Delta Air Lines within 3 years.
• Your SkyMiles account must have been active for at least 30 days before applying, and you must have taken at least one Delta-marketed flight (above Basic Economy fare) within the past 3 years.
• Please make sure you understand these key points. If, during the processing of your request, we find that you do not meet these requirements, we will not issue a refund!
